Orlando Pirates may or may not sign Marou Souaibou from Coton Sport. The player’s agent, Mike Makaab, has revealed that the Cameroonian club has breached the Bucs’ business rules.

As the South African website reported last weekThe Sea Robbers were thought to have finalized a deal to sign striker Souaibou, 22, ahead of an announcement this week.
However, the deal is now in danger of collapsing after details of the move were revealed to the media by a Coton Sport official.

AGENT CONFIRMS DEAL HAS BEEN IN DANGER
“What happened, at some point, a source within the club, or someone connected within CotonSport, has released the details of the deal,” Makaab said via Gagasi FMas shared by Unplayable.
“And that’s not how the Orlando Pirates work, and that’s not how we work as a professional agency.
“So the deal hasn’t been done, I can assure you and the deal most likely won’t be done. Based on the fact that it was released in a very unprofessional manner.
“We are not sure where we go from here.
Asked if Makaab will meet with the Bucs president, the agent confirmed that he will contact Irvin Khoza on Tuesday to reach a final conclusion.
Meanwhile, Pirates will visit Mamelodi Sundowns in Tshwane on December 30 at Loftus Versveld, kick-off is 15:30.
