South African YouTube star and businessman Caspar Lee is officially engaged.
Lee popped the question to his girlfriend Ambar Driscoll in Franschhoek as the couple, who live together in London, are on holiday in South Africa.
“You are my best friend and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?” Caspar said as he knelt down.
The businessman told him News 24: “It’s a Christmas miracle that he actually said yes to me, as I’m hitting well above my weight. Being in South Africa for the time was also very special for us.”

In a one-on-one interview with News 24Caspar said: “I currently live with my girlfriend in London. We are moving to Pimlico.”
He added: “This is the first time I’ve moved in with just her. We’ve lived with my YouTuber friend Josh Pieters, who I went to school with in Oakhill in Knysna. Josh and I always live together, even when we have girlfriends. We got them to move in. too. Now they’re finally separating the two of us. Now we have to go live with our amazing girlfriends.”
