An Ohio man who allegedly ran into a preschool during a police chase in Warren, Ohio, has a criminal record dating back more than a decade, according to FOX 8 in Cleveland.

Police body camera footage allegedly shows 39-year-old Lamar Mitchell running from police to preschool and jumping into a playground where children were playing with toys.

Children can be heard crying in the video as a woman yells “Oh my God!” The officers tell staff to take the children while they secure Mitchell.
