IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:

A. A Level 6 Orange Warning for disruptive rain can be expected causing possible damage to roads, low bridges and infrastructure, road flooding, landslides and rockfalls over Gauteng, parts of the eastern Free State and north-west , Mpumalanga except in the Lowveld and the southern tip of Limpopo.

B. A yellow level 4 warning for disruptive rain that will cause flooding of roads, informal and formal settlements, low-lying areas and bridges, as well as infrastructure damage expected in the central parts of the Free State and the North West.

C. A Level 2 Yellow Warning for disruptive rain is expected to cause localized flooding of roads, low-lying areas and bridges, as well as poor driving conditions due to pooling of water on roads above low-lying areas in Mpumalanga, central parts and southern Limpopo and the western parts of KZN.
