He was driving a silver Toyota Tazz when Mxoli pulled him over on October 10, 2022.

“The crime emanated from the fact that the traffic officer fined Galoshe for the alleged violation of traffic regulations. The traffic officer turned his back on Galoshe, and that’s when Galoshe allegedly got out of his vehicle, pulled his rifle from him, and fired, fatally wounding him. the official on duty,” said Hawks spokeswoman Captain Yolisa Mgolodela.

Galoshe allegedly hid at his sister’s house in Gqeberha, but turned himself in to the police four days after the murder.

The case has been postponed until March 17 for further investigation.
