Flutterwave, Africa’s leading payment technology company, today introduced $endmobile, an app to make it easier and faster for diasporas to transfer funds to the African continent. Flutterwave also recruited Nigerian-born women’s 100m hurdles world record holder Tobi Amusan as an ambassador for $endmobile; a decision that, according to the company, is due to their similarity in speed and resistance.
The new application available on the Play Store and App Store aims to improve the customer experience through greater speed, transparency and the ability to get user money to its destination despite obstacles.
Other key features of the Send Mobile app include Apple Pay, which will allow Apple device users to seamlessly make transactions from their mobile wallets, an improved activity section that tracks transactions in real time, and a new coupon code section that allows users to create coupon cards.
Here’s how to use $end
- Sign up for $end (Android or iOS) (Add email address/phone number and create a password.)
- Click the “Send Now” button
- Enter the details of your money transfer, ie amount, sending currency/country and receiving currency/country.
- Review the transaction and send money
