Brian Walshe’s DNA was found on a Tyvek suit along with several other items, prosecutors said during an arraignment Wednesday after Walshe was charged with the murder of his wife, Ana Walshe.
Ana Walshe’s husband was arraigned Wednesday morning on charges of murder and improper transportation of a body, to which he pleaded not guilty.
In addition to a trove of Google searches that the prosecution alleges Brian Walshe performed on his son’s iPad, they also recovered rags, tape, cleaning supplies and more within a total of 10 bags of trash found at a compound. of apartments where Brian Walshe’s mother lives, prosecutors said.

DNA belonging to Ana Walshe and Brian Walshe was found on the slippers and Tyvek suit, prosecutors said, adding that blood was found inside the garbage bags.
Prosecutors also allege Brian Walshe dumped bags of trash at an Abington apartment complex, but say the trash had already been collected and incinerated when police located it.

“Instead of divorcing, Brian Walshe is believed to have dismembered Ana Walshe and disposed of her body,” prosecutors said during arraignment Wednesday.
Prosecutors said a bloody knife was also found in Walshe’s basement, along with a second knife. They also said a large, heavy-duty tarp and plastic pinwheels from Home Depot were found.

Brian Walshe’s attorney, Tracy Miner, released a statement Wednesday afternoon:
