COHASSET, Mass. – The search warrants were executed Thursday as police continue to search for missing Massachusetts mother and real estate executive Ana Walshe, a member of the Quincy District Court, told Fox News Digital.
The warrants were “forfeited,” meaning they were returned and not available to the public, according to the Quincy District Court.
Asked when or if the warrants would be opened, the court said: “To the best of my knowledge, they will not.”
The court did not say exactly how many arrest warrants were executed.

Walshe’s husband, Brian Walshe, was arraigned in Quincy District Court after being arrested Sunday and charged with lying to police about his whereabouts on January 1 and 2, according to the affidavit of probable cause for your arrest.
The Walshes live in Cohasset, where Ana was last seen alive on New Year’s Day.
She was not reported missing until January 4, when she failed to report to work at her Washington, DC-based real estate firm.

When questioned by investigators looking for his missing wife, he allegedly failed to mention his Jan. 2 trip to Home Depot, where he bought $450 worth of cleaning supplies.
The trip violated his probation in his federal art fraud case.

Two law enforcement sources told CNN that police found online records showing the convicted art scammer had searched for how to dismember a body and “how to dispose of the body of a 115-pound woman.”
Investigators reportedly found garbage bags of blood, an ax and a hacksaw at a Swampscott waste facility, which is about an hour away from the Walshes’ home, sources told WBZ-TV.

Brian Walshe is being held on $500,000 bond and his attorney, Tracy Minter, said she would not comment on the case.
“I am not giving press interviews or responding to inquiries as my focus at this time is to defend my client in court,” he told Fox News on Monday.
