Details of the world food ranking 2022

Italy, Greece, Spain, Japan and India are among the top five countries on the list.

But some pipo ask the order of the list and why do they say that some African kontris make it to the top 50.

“The dose lists are based on tourists,” says Na Lillian Elidah. She is a Zambian chef and owner of Twaala, a restaurant for the capital Lusaka.

Di kontris for di top of di list to be “like the top 10 tourist destinations for Europeans,” so “obviously go pick them,” he said.

Ms Elidah tok says Zambian chefs need to work on how they present the food of the day and show many different foods.

But it’s not a difficult task to get Zambians to embrace authentic cuisine, he said.

“Most of our ingredients and dishes have not lost their true identity and meaning, to say, most pipo are not associated with poverty, so they suffer the trauma of food poverty and do not want to eat.”

She said she did not think Pipo Gazz would physically visit Zambia to enjoy the day’s meal.

“Let’s say they’re intrigued by the food and how we promote it. They start out by having shows, they’ve got information, and now with the help of social media, I guess it’s easy.”

Tourism boards around the world should make sure they do more to promote African food, he said.

“Training our cooks and chefs” will also help bring African food to the world stage, he said.
