One dead, four injured in shelling of Russian region

A poultry plant was damaged and the windows of several residential buildings and cars were hit, it added.
Three witnesses said Reuters that loud detonations were heard in the city on Sunday.
Belgorod is one of several regions in southern Russia where targets such as fuel and ammunition depots have been rocked by explosions since the start of what Moscow calls its “special military operation” in Ukraine on February 24.
