Two firefighters died after succumbing to injuries sustained in a three-alarm house fire in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania on Wednesday night.
A third person was also found dead near the scene in the 1100 block of Clamtown Road near Tamaqua.
The downed firefighters have been identified as Assistant Fire Chief Zachary Paris, 36, and Marvin Gruber, 59, of Community Fire Company New Tripoli.
Firefighters sent multiple emergency messages while trapped on the second floor of the home, according to Fox 29.

Both firefighters were rescued from the blaze before being pronounced dead by the Schuylkill County corner office.
The body of the third person was discovered 100 meters from the house, so police are not sure if it is directly related to the fire.

Both firefighters were from the Lehigh County area.

Details remain limited, although two people managed to survive.
The cause of the fire remains unclear.
