A fired social media manager in New Jersey went rogue after his former employer neglected to take away his access to the nonprofit’s TikTok account.
Instead of continuing to promote local businesses, the former social media outlet drastically changed its tone and began criticizing its former bosses and dragging down the small town’s attractions, NJ.com reported.

Graham Colligan, continued to post on the official account of the Downtown Summit, a nonprofit organization that represents and promotes businesses in the city, even after he was fired from his position.
“Summit NJ fired me as their social media manager but I’m still logged in to their lm*o TikTok account,” Colligan wrote in a video caption.

In another video, Graham declared, “it’s time to start some NJ drama.”
In a series of videos, Colligan blasted his former employer, blasted local businesses and lowered the cost of living in the quaint New Jersey town.
Colligan alleged that his former bosses forbade him from badmouthing the local mall in Sort Hills, which he called “megacapitalist corporate America type of bullshit. Like small business cookie theft,” according to NJ.com.

The former social media manager also brought up housing prices in Summit, stating that he only made $23 an hour and worked 10 to 15 hour weeks at his part-time job in Summit Downtown.
A TikTok account for the Downtown Naperville Alliance of Naperville, Illinois responded to his TikTok video, according to NJ.com.
“Looking for someone to help launch our TikTok page,” the Downtown Naperville Alliance wrote. “But not someone to take over and shut us out.”

Colligan also reportedly blocked others from accessing the account, which had amassed 1,375 followers, according to NJ.com. After the debacle, Summit Downtown deleted their entire TikTok account.

After Summit Downtown NJ’s TikTok was hijacked, administrators removed the account from the social network.
