Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell claimed in her first jailhouse interview that the notorious photograph of Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre at their London home in 2000 is likely “false”, claiming she “can’t remember” featuring the couple more than two decades. .
Oxford-educated Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence in a Florida federal prison for her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse several minor girls with Jeffrey Epstein over the course of a decade, was recently interviewed by broadcaster British Jeremy. Kyle behind bars.
The full interview is expected to air Monday on TalkTV. In clips released as previews for the special, Maxwell, with a phone to his ear at FTC Tallahassee, talks about Epstein.

He also described the Duke of York as a “dear friend” who should be “encouraged” after Giuffre dropped a sexual abuse lawsuit against US lawyer Alan Dershowitz in November.
Giuffre admitted in court documents that she “might have made a mistake” in claiming that Dershowitz had abused her as a teenager.
“Her story, frankly, has changed several times. It’s very hard to really know what is true or not,” Maxwell said, according to The Telegraph, adding that the true story “has yet to be revealed.”
“I have no recollection of their meeting and I don’t believe that image is real,” Maxwell added of the photograph. “There is no original of that photo, [only] copies of it that have been produced, copies of copies. Some parts, according to some experts, appear to have been photoshopped.”

“I don’t remember it in my house. I know that Virginia traveled with Jeffrey, so it’s very possible. But the photo doesn’t appear to be real and I don’t remember it being taken,” he added.
“Well, it’s a fake,” said Maxwell. “I don’t think it’s real for one second. In fact, I’m sure it isn’t.”
“Well, there has never been an original,” he added. “And besides, there’s no photograph. I’ve only seen a photocopy.”

The Telegraph reported on Sunday that Prince Andrew is weighing legal options to void the $12 million deal he reached with Giuffre. Giuffre alleged that the Duke of York raped and abused her three times in 2001 when she was 17.
